He is on Academic Council board of Woxsen Business School, India. Empaneled by National Small Industries Corporation (NSIC) on their training consultants' panel. With 10 publications in Indian journals to his credit, his thesis is mid-way to get published as a book.
Vishwanath acquired a Doctoral Degree from one of the top business education providing University in South India i.e., Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Anantapur, Andhra-Pradesh for his work on Marketing of Consulting to SMEs. He holds Masters in Business Management from Kakatiya University, Warangal and in Information Technology from London Institute of Technology & Research, London. Lincoln enjoys continued success in both outside and inside sales, having sold over $30 million in contract services in Silicon Valley. Lincoln has over 15 years in the IT staffing industry, and has broad experience in all facets of the recruiting and sales process, making him well equipped to provide the best solutions to our customers.
Prior to joining Alignity Consulting, Lincoln was the West Coast Business Development Manager for Vedicsoft Solutions, Western Regional Business Development Manager for RCM Technologies Inc, West Coast Business Development Manager for The Makro Group, Sales Manager for IT&E International, and was key to building the organization from 75 to well over 200 consultants. Also, Lincoln was Sales Manager for the Andiamo! Group. Lincoln personally led the spin-off for Andiamo???s Life Science division which later became profitable in its first full quarter of operation.

Currently Malik serves as technical advisor to two start-up technology companies and one charitable organization.
Malik holds a BS in Technology Policy and Computer Science from NJIT. While at NJIT he spent two graduate study years in the laboratory for Natural Language Processing and Context Recognition with Professor Richard Scherl. As global marketing manager of Ramco Systems Aviation Group, she orchestrated the development and implementation of global marketing initiatives for the North America, Asia, Europe and Middle East territories. Jamie began her career at the Sprint Corporation, ranking as one of the top 100 national salespeople.
Eager to share her talents and resources with others, Jamie has collaborated with various nonprofit and for-profit organizations to strengthen the awareness of sustainability. A natural connector, she is a member of Women in New Media, Women in Technology Information, Webgrrls, Ladies Who Launch. However, her real passion lies in working with children.
